1. Read phrases from “The Phrasebook” at least for 30 minutes every day. As with everything else you do, you cannot accomplish anything special if you are inconsistent. Prioritize your goals, and if learning English is one of your top priorities, you must study it every day, even if that is only for ten or five minutes. Even if you have the best resources, teachers, the most knowledgeable tutors, or any other help, you will achieve little things if you don’t study daily. The most significant accomplishments are achieved after the hard work one does at home using the knowledge and the guidance they receive, not from that guidance alone.

2. Read the stuff out loud. That way, you eliminate the heavy accent day after day. Eliminating your accent is not easy, but working on it makes it less distinct, and your English sounds better. The more you read out loud, the better your accent becomes. The less time you dedicate to that, the faster you lose the improvement you have made. It is simple math.

I have made studying from “The Phrasebook” easier by writing the phrases in a different color every 25, 50, and 100. The 25th, 75th, etc., are written in dark gray, the 50th, 150th, etc., in light blue, and the 100th, 200th, etc., in red.
