PERSONAL TRAINING
CLASSIC
2-4 EXERCISERS
SMART
30-minute SESSIONS
FOCUSED
MY 30-MINUTE WORKOUTS
Personal training doesn’t have to mean committing to long workouts or paying the full cost of a one-to-one session. These focused 30-minute sessions are designed around specific needs and lifestyles, making professional training more accessible to more people — whether you want to improve your glutes, balance, mobility, posture, strength, or fit effective exercise into a busy schedule. You can share the session with 2–3 people, making it more affordable while still benefiting from professional guidance, coaching, and exercises suited to the session’s focus. Bring a friend, partner, family member, or training buddy, and enjoy the motivation of training together while keeping the cost per person low. You can train from your own apartment or your building’s gym; there is no need to spend extra time traveling or coordinating everyone in the same location. Thirty minutes, a small group, a focused goal, and a price that makes personal training more accessible. Choose the session that fits your needs, invite someone to join you, and make professional training part of your routine.
60-Minute Personal Training
• Personalized training. Professional guidance. Built around you •

Your training should fit your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. My 60-minute personal training sessions are designed to give you focused, individualized coaching and a structured workout that helps you make consistent progress. Whether your goal is to become stronger, improve your fitness, move better, build confidence, change your body composition, or simply feel better in your everyday life, each session is adapted to your current level and your individual needs. A full hour gives us enough time to properly warm up, work through the main part of your training, and finish with appropriate mobility, recovery, or additional work when needed. Most importantly, you won’t be left wondering what to do next — I’ll guide you throughout the session, adjust exercises when necessary, and help you train safely and effectively.
Why train with me?
Continuous professional development
I regularly invest in continuing education to stay up to date with the latest research, methods, and coaching strategies. Fitness and exercise science continue to evolve, and I believe your training should evolve with them. My commitment to ongoing education allows me to continually improve the way I coach and provide you with thoughtful, evidence-informed training.
Flexible cancellation policy
Life doesn’t always go according to plan. Sessions may be canceled at any time, including last-minute cancellations, with no cancellation fee and no limit on the number of cancellations. I want your training to be something that supports your life — not another source of stress when unexpected things come up.
Shared training option
Want to train with someone else? You can share your personal training session equally between two clients at no additional cost. Bring a friend, partner, or training buddy and enjoy the motivation of training together while still benefiting from professional coaching throughout your session.
Referral reward program
Great experiences are worth sharing. For every new client you refer who purchases a training package, you will receive 5 complimentary sessions as a thank you for recommending my services. It’s my way of showing appreciation for your trust and for helping introduce someone new to the training community.
Your hour. Your goals. Your training.
Personal training isn’t about following a generic workout plan. It’s about having a professional who understands where you are now, knows where you want to go, and helps you work toward that goal one session at a time. If you’re ready to make your training more structured, more personalized, and more consistent, book your next 60-minute session and let’s get to work.
60-Minute Small-Group Personal Training
• Personal training — shared with the people you choose •

Want the benefits of personal training while enjoying the motivation and energy of training with others? My 60-minute Small-Group Personal Training Sessions allow up to four exercisers to train together while receiving professional guidance throughout the session. Bring a friend, partner, family member, or training buddy and work toward your individual goals together. The small-group format keeps the atmosphere motivating and social while allowing the session to remain focused and personalized. There is no need to travel to a studio or gym. Each person can participate from their own apartment or from their building’s gym, making these sessions particularly convenient for busy schedules and people who prefer to train close to home.
A full hour to work on what matters to you
A full 60-minute session gives us time to work on a broader range of goals. Depending on what you need, your session can include strength training, mobility, conditioning, core work, balance, functional exercises, or a combination of different elements. Training together doesn’t mean everyone has to have the same fitness level or the exact same goal. Exercises and intensity can be adapted to each person, allowing everyone to get an effective workout while sharing the experience.
Why train in a small group?
There is something powerful about training with other people. You have someone to motivate you, someone to celebrate progress with, and a reason to show up consistently. At the same time, keeping the group to a maximum of four people means the session stays small enough for guidance and individual adjustments. You get the structure and expertise of personal training with the added benefits of a shared experience. It can also be a more affordable way to make professional training part of your regular routine. Bring your training partner and make your workouts more enjoyable, consistent, and rewarding. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, improve your fitness, move better, or simply establish a routine that you can stick with, a shared personal training session gives you a full hour of focused exercise and professional guidance — without having to train alone.
Learn to Exercise on Your Own
• Build the confidence to train independently •

Not everyone wants to work with a personal trainer every time they exercise. Sometimes, what you really need is to learn what to do, how to do it correctly, and why it is right for you. This three-session program is designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to exercise independently, with a program tailored to your own fitness level, needs, limitations, and goals. Rather than giving you a generic workout routine, I will take the time to understand your body and teach you how to train safely and effectively on your own.
The missing link between training alone and personal training
There is a large gap between people who walk into a gym already knowing what to do, how to use the equipment correctly, and which exercises are appropriate for them, and those who choose to have a personal trainer guide them through every workout. In between are many people who want to exercise on their own but don’t know where to start. They may be unsure how to use the machines, which equipment is suitable for them, how to perform exercises correctly, or how to put together a workout that actually makes sense for their body and goals. That’s exactly where this service comes in. Instead of paying for ongoing personal training, you can invest in three focused sessions to learn the skills and knowledge you need to become more independent and confident in your own training.
No time? Your workout can fit your life.
Your personalized workout doesn’t have to take an hour. Depending on your schedule and what you have available, I can design your training to fit anywhere from 10 minutes to a full hour. Ten minutes is better than zero. A short, well-designed workout can still give you a reason to move, while longer sessions can be used when you have more time available. So “I don’t have time to exercise” doesn’t have to mean “I can’t exercise.” Your program can be designed around your real life — whether you have 10 minutes between commitments, 30 minutes at the gym, or a full hour to dedicate to your workout.
Session 1 — Understanding Your Body
I begin by looking at your current fitness level and how your body moves. Through a selection of exercises and movement assessments, I will identify areas that may need particular attention, including weaknesses, limitations, sensitivities, previous injuries, and movements that may require modification. This gives me a better understanding of what your body needs and helps me determine which exercises are most appropriate for you. During the session, you are welcome to video yourself performing the exercises and my instructions, so you have a personal reference to look back at when you exercise on your own.
Session 2 — Building Your Personal Exercise Routine
Once I have a better understanding of your needs, the second session focuses on selecting the exercises that are most suitable for you. I will teach you how to perform each exercise correctly, explain the important points to remember, and show you how to adapt exercises when necessary. The goal isn’t to overwhelm you with dozens of exercises. Instead, you will learn a practical selection of effective exercises that you can confidently incorporate into your own workouts. You will leave this session with a much clearer understanding of what exercises to choose and how to perform them properly.
Session 3 — Putting It All Together
In the third session, I review what you have learned. You will perform the exercises yourself while I check your technique, correct anything that needs attention, and make sure you remember the key instructions. We will also go through a selection of basic stretches and mobility exercises, including when and how to incorporate them into your routine. By the end of the three sessions, you should feel much more confident about exercising independently and have a solid foundation that you can continue building on.
The goal: independence, not dependence.
Personal training can be incredibly valuable, but learning how to exercise independently is a skill that can stay with you for life. This program is for anyone who wants to understand their own body, exercise with greater confidence, and know what to do when they walk into a gym or start a workout at home — without needing someone beside them every time. You can train at your own pace, in your own space, while knowing that the exercises you are doing have been selected specifically with your body and your needs in mind.
Support whenever you need it
The initial program is designed to give you a solid foundation that you can use for years to come. But as you become fitter, stronger, and more confident, your body and goals may change too. You may want new exercises to keep things interesting, a more challenging workout to continue progressing, or simply some fresh ideas to keep your motivation high. Whenever you feel you need it, I can continue to guide you with new workouts, exercise ideas, and practical tips tailored to your changing needs and progress. You remain independent, but you don’t have to figure everything out alone. Think of the initial program as giving you the tools — and my guidance as something you can come back to whenever you want to take the next step.
30-Minute Balance & Stability Training
• Better balance. Greater confidence. Stronger movement •

Balance is something we often take for granted — until we notice that it isn’t quite as effortless as it used to be. My 30-Minute Balance & Stability Sessions are designed to specifically challenge and train your balance, coordination, stability, and control. The sessions are available as small-group personal training for 2–4 people, making them a great option for friends, partners, or training buddies who want to work on these important skills together. You can join from your own apartment or from your building’s gym, making it easy to fit this focused session into your week.
Why is balance so important?
Balance isn’t just about standing on one leg. It is the ability to control your body and maintain stability while you move, change direction, reach, step, bend, or react to something unexpected. As we get older, maintaining balance and lower-body strength becomes increasingly important. Regularly challenging these abilities can help us stay more confident and capable in everyday movement and continue doing the activities we enjoy. Good balance also works together with strength, coordination, mobility, and body awareness. Training these qualities can help you feel more secure when walking, navigating stairs, getting in and out of a chair, or moving around different environments.
Balance is a skill — and skills can be trained.
Balance tends to be something we use every day but rarely train deliberately. These sessions give it the attention it deserves. Exercises can challenge your ability to stabilize, shift your weight, control your movements, and respond to changes in position. The exercises can also be adapted to different fitness and experience levels, so you don’t need to be an athlete or already have excellent balance to benefit. You don’t have to wait until balance becomes a problem to start working on it. Training balance while you’re capable and active is a valuable way to maintain and develop this important physical skill as you age.
Short, focused, and practical
In just 30 minutes, we can dedicate the session specifically to balance and stability rather than trying to squeeze everything into a general workout. Training with another person — or a small group of up to four — also adds motivation and makes the experience more enjoyable. You can challenge yourselves together while receiving professional guidance throughout the session. Invite a friend, partner, or training buddy and make balance part of your regular fitness routine. It is never too early — or too late — to work on moving with greater control, stability, and confidence.
30-Minute Glute-Focused Training
• Stronger glutes. Better movement. More confidence •

Looking for a focused workout that makes the most of just 30 minutes? My Glute-Focused Sessions are designed to target the glutes with purpose, helping you build strength, improve movement, and feel stronger in your everyday life. These sessions are available as small-group personal training for 2–4 people, so you can train with friends, family, or training partners while still receiving focused guidance and coaching. You can also join from your own apartment or from your building’s gym, making these sessions an easy addition to your routine without the need to travel.
Why train your glutes?
Strong glutes are about much more than appearance. Your glute muscles are some of the most powerful muscles in your body and play an important role in walking, running, climbing stairs, getting up from a chair, and many of the movements you perform every day. Well-trained glutes also contribute to better hip stability and lower-body strength, helping your body move more efficiently. When the glutes are doing their job effectively, they can support many other movements and exercises, from squats and lunges to walking and athletic activities. Of course, there is the aesthetic benefit too. Consistent strength training can help you develop stronger, firmer, more defined glutes — but the real goal is to build a body that is strong, capable, and confident.
A short session with a clear focus
Thirty minutes is enough time to get meaningful, targeted work done when the session is designed specifically around your goal. Rather than spending your workout moving from one muscle group to another, these sessions concentrate on the glutes and the movements that train them effectively. Training with 1–3 other people can also make your workouts more enjoyable and motivating. You get the energy and accountability of training together while keeping the group small enough for individual attention and coaching. Bring a friend, partner, or training buddy and make your 30 minutes count. Whether your goal is to get stronger, improve your movement, build your lower body, or simply give your glutes some extra attention, this focused session is an efficient way to make it happen.
30-Minute Stretching & Mobility Training
• Move more freely. Feel better. Take care of your body •

Our bodies need more than strength and cardio. Mobility and flexibility are essential for healthy, comfortable movement, yet they are often the first things to be neglected when life gets busy. These focused 30-minute sessions are designed to help you build flexibility, mobility, and range of motion in a structured, purposeful way. Rather than simply going through a random series of stretches, I will focus on the areas and movements that your body needs most. You can participate from your own apartment or from your building’s gym, making it easy to fit the session into your routine.
Why stretching and mobility matter
Regular mobility work can help you maintain your ability to move comfortably and efficiently. It can be particularly useful if you spend long periods sitting, have a physically demanding lifestyle, or feel that your body has become stiffer over time. Improving mobility can also complement your strength training and other physical activities by helping you move through the ranges of motion required for everyday tasks and exercise. The goal isn’t simply to become more flexible. It’s to help you move with greater freedom, control, and confidence.
Slow down and reconnect with your body
In a busy routine, exercise often means pushing harder, moving faster, and trying to achieve more. Stretching offers a different kind of training. It allows you to slow down, pay attention to how your body feels, and become more aware of tension and movement. A dedicated 30-minute session can be a simple way to step away from the pace of the day, breathe, and give your body some well-deserved attention.
30-Minute Training for Seniors
• Stay strong. Stay active. Stay independent •

Getting older doesn’t mean you have to accept becoming weaker, less mobile, or less active. Strength, balance, mobility, and coordination can all be trained throughout life. These 30-minute sessions are designed specifically with older adults’ needs in mind, focusing on practical fitness that supports everyday life. Exercises can be adapted to your current abilities, fitness level, and individual needs, allowing you to train safely while gradually building confidence and strength. You can participate from your own apartment or from your building’s gym, making these sessions convenient and accessible.
Strength for everyday life
Strength isn’t just about lifting weights. It helps us get out of a chair, climb stairs, carry shopping bags, walk confidently, and continue doing the things we enjoy. Maintaining lower-body and upper-body strength as we age can help us remain more capable and independent in our daily lives. That’s why these sessions focus on useful, functional movement rather than exercise simply for the sake of exercise.
Balance, coordination & confidence
As we get older, balance and coordination become increasingly important. Training these abilities gives your body regular opportunities to practice controlling movement, changing position, and maintaining stability. I can also incorporate mobility and flexibility exercises to help you maintain the range of movement needed for everyday activities.
A little exercise goes a long way
You don’t need long or exhausting workouts to benefit from exercise. A consistent 30-minute session can provide a valuable opportunity to work on strength, mobility, balance, and overall fitness. The exercises and intensity can be adjusted to you and your friends if you share the session. The goal is not to compete with anyone else — it’s to help you maintain and improve what your body is capable of doing. Stay active, capable, and confident — one 30-minute session at a time.
30-Minute Posture Training
• Stand taller. Move better. Feel more comfortable •

The way we sit, stand, walk, work, and use our phones can all influence how our bodies move and feel. If you spend much of your day sitting at a desk or looking at screens, you may notice that your body doesn’t always feel as comfortable as you’d like. These focused 30-minute sessions are designed to help you become more aware of your posture, movement habits, strength, and mobility, while working on exercises that can help you develop better control and positioning. You can participate from your own apartment or from your building’s gym, making it easy to incorporate into your week.
Posture is more than simply “standing straight”
Good posture isn’t about forcing your shoulders back all day or trying to hold your body in one perfect position. Healthy posture is about having the strength, mobility, and awareness to move and position your body comfortably in different situations. I will look at how you move and identify areas that may benefit from strengthening, mobility work, or greater awareness. Your exercises will then be selected based on your needs and, if you share the session, your friends’.
Build the body that supports better movement
Posture is influenced by more than one muscle or one part of the body. Your core, back, shoulders, hips, and legs all contribute to how you stabilize and move. By working on strength and mobility alongside movement awareness, I can help you develop better control of your body rather than simply trying to “fix” your posture through a single exercise.
Perfect for modern lifestyles
If you spend hours sitting at a desk, working from home, driving, studying, or using electronic devices, this can be a valuable addition to your routine. Just 30 focused minutes can help you move in ways your everyday routine may not provide. Give your body a break from the same positions and habits — and start moving with greater awareness and control.
