“I am thinner. I have burnt body fat and look more handsome. I have reduced the risk of having chronic diseases associated with obesity, such as heart problems, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. I have reduced the risk of osteoporosis and certain types of cancers. I’m more often in a great mood. I’m more relaxed, less depressed, and less anxious. I’m more upbeat when hanging out with my friends. I am more confident. I sleep better. I feel alive. My concentration has improved, and my productivity has reached new heights. I now dedicate time to myself. I easier recharge my ‘batteries.’ I enjoy more than ever buying new clothes.”

“I don’t get tired as fast as in the past. I do my everyday tasks easier. I don’t have back pain and arthritis, which ail many friends. My balance, coordination, and posture have improved. I don’t get sick as often as in the past. When I get a cold, the symptoms are less severe. My heart rests more as I save almost 30.000 heartbeats per 24 hours! I am growing older, but my bones and muscles are still there! I feel 20 years younger. I breathe better. My lung condition and capacity have improved. I move around with ease. My joints are not “heavy” anymore. I eat more, but I don’t gain weight…! My muscles and my whole body are not rusty anymore. I don’t need caffeine and other stimulants to have more energy. I’m more restless than ever. My overall health is at its best. I have reduced my medications. I exercise… Do you?”

The above is not what happened only to me. It is what happens to everyone who exercises regularly. Do you?
