The regular training session is offered at your place, your building’s gym, or in a park. It is $100/session when clients are within walking distance of Astoria (NY) or $120/session for Manhattan and other borrows. The online training is $90/session. All sessions are done with prepaid packages of at least 20 sessions. Share your session with a friend or more friends and pay less. All sessions last 1 hour.
