My main job has always been in Exercise and Personal Training. From the first moment, I realized that my work was not only about exercises and training methods but something more than that: a kind of psychotherapy for me and my clients. I talked with them during my sessions, and we exchanged opinions about everything without letting that affect the session’s quality.
From my conversations with my clients, I understood that no person and family is without problems. I wondered why things weren’t simpler. In fact, things are simple, but not everything that affects our inner peace and happiness has been put in order. There is no “Bible” about happiness. So, I started to organize everything related to our happiness from a very early age. Organization is one of the traits I was born with. So, I used it to gather everything that helps us be happy in one place.
The aha moments and insights started landing in my head one after the other, lasting up to this moment. I knew that was my calling. I felt a great love for websites and the online world. I dedicated thousands of hours to learning and building my website the way I wanted. The process lasted for almost five years. I finally had the platform I needed with all the necessary tools to host a small world, the Happiness world. The main pillars are Physical health, Mental Health, and Encyclopedic knowledge about the World. Many sections and subsections slowly unfold. All these are ongoing projects. New stuff is added regularly.
