Consistency is the most critical factor that helps you be fit and healthy for years. Even if you do the best exercises, use the best training systems, have the most knowledgeable trainer, eat perfect meals, etc., you will never achieve good fitness if you exercise for some periods only once a week, then not at all, later every day… Those who do not stick to specific workouts per week do not attain results, and they also get injured more often.

There is no need for each workout to last long and be exhausting. Exercise should always be pleasant. That is the secret of making it a way of life.
